Park Tool FR-1.3
The Park Tool FR-1.3 is a 12-spline, 22.6mm freewheel remover that fits Shimano, Sachs Aris, Sun Race, DNP Epoch, and other 5- to 10-speed freewheels, with an enlarged thru-hole for 14mm axles. It suits mechanics servicing freewheel-equipped commuters, older bikes, and many hub-motor e-bike wheels where the 14mm axle clearance matters.
