Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders

OHM occasionally offers pre-orders on upcoming models before they are in stock. When you place a pre-order, full payment is collected at checkout to secure your order and any applicable early pricing.

Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before your order has shipped. To cancel a pre-order, email support@ohmcycles.com with your order number. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Standard return policy applies.

All Other Orders

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting support@ohmcycles.com with your order number. We'll do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility — but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in fulfilment.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
