Warranty Coverage
Frame
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all OHM aluminum frames. This covers structural integrity — welds, tubes, and dropout hardware — under normal riding use for as long as you own the bike.

Electrical System & Motor
Motor, battery management system, display, wiring harness, and all integrated electrical components.

Battery
Battery cells and casing against manufacturing defects. Normal capacity reduction with charge cycles is not covered.

Components
Brakes, drivetrain, fork, handlebars, stem, wheels, and other mechanical components against manufacturing defects.

Wear Items
Brake pads, tires, tubes, cables, chains, and cassettes are consumables not covered under warranty. Normal wear from use is expected.
How to Make a Claim
Contact our support team
Email support@ohmcycles.com or call 604-770-2600. Include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video where possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
We assess the claim
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days. For e-bike-specific issues (motor, battery, display), we may request additional diagnostics. In some cases, we'll ask you to bring the bike to the Experience Center or an authorized dealer for inspection.
We make it right
Approved claims are resolved by part replacement, repair, or — in rare cases of a manufacturing defect — replacement of the affected component or bike. We cover parts and labour for valid warranty claims.
