Shipping & Delivery

OHM Electric Bikes ships across Canada and to the continental United States. Here's what to expect.

Free Shipping Orders over $1,000 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Orders under $1,000 CAD are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

US orders ship at calculated rates. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to US shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our North Vancouver facility. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas of Canada may require additional time.

Bikes are shipped fully assembled and ready to ride with minor adjustments — pedal installation and handlebar alignment are all that's typically required.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@ohmcycles.com.

Local Pickup Orders can be picked up at our North Vancouver Experience Center at 930 Harbourside Drive. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Dealer Purchases If you purchased through one of our 50+ authorized Canadian dealers, shipping and delivery is handled by your dealer. Contact them directly for delivery timelines.
