Finding Your Serial Number
Where to find it
Your serial number is permanently embedded under the clearcoat on the underside of the downtube — the large diagonal frame tube running from the head tube down toward the pedals. Flip the bike or crouch down and look up at the underside of that tube. You'll find a QR code with the serial number printed below it.
Note that OHM serial numbers are not on the bottom bracket shell, where most bikes stamp them. You'll need your serial number for warranty claims, theft reports, and bike registration. See full FAQ.
