Shimano BB-ES300
The Shimano BB-ES300 is a sealed-cartridge bottom bracket for Octalink V2 splined cranks, with a tubular 22 mm spindle that makes a stiffer assembly than square taper, in spindle lengths from 113 to 126 mm for 68 mm English-threaded shells. It suits riders keeping older Octalink V2-equipped mountain and trekking bikes turning on fresh, sealed bearings.
