Shipping & Delivery

OHM Electric Bikes ships within Canada. Here's what to expect.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $150 — flat $14.99
  • Orders $150 to $1,999.99 — free standard shipping
  • Orders $2,000 and over — flat $179 (oversized freight, typically bikes)

All rates are in Canadian dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our North Vancouver facility. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas of Canada may require additional time.

Some parts and accessories ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in Quebec. These are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. If your order contains both kinds of item, it may arrive in more than one shipment, each with its own tracking number, at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

Some items can be ordered while they are temporarily out of stock. Where we have an expected availability date from our supplier, it is shown on the product page. Pre-ordered items ship as soon as stock arrives and we will email tracking at that point. If an expected date moves significantly, we will contact you, and you are welcome to cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Bikes

Bikes are shipped fully assembled and ready to ride with minor adjustments — pedal installation and handlebar alignment are all that is typically required.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@ohmcycles.com.

Local Pickup

Orders can be picked up free of charge at our North Vancouver Experience Center at 930 Harbourside Drive. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready, typically within 2–4 business days. Items that ship directly from our supplier are not available for local pickup.

Dealer Purchases

If you purchased through one of our 50+ authorized Canadian dealers, shipping and delivery is handled by your dealer. Contact them directly for delivery timelines.
