Park Tool TAPS
Park Tool frame taps are shop-quality thread taps for restoring the small threaded fittings on a bicycle frame, from 3 mm dropout set screws up to 10 mm derailleur hangers. They suit mechanics who need to chase damaged or paint-filled threads on bottle bosses, rack mounts, brake pivots, and hangers.
- TAP-7: 3mm x 0,5 (rear fork tip set screws)
- TAP-8: 5mm x 0.8 (water-bottle, toe-clip, fender and rack bosses)
- TAP-9: 6mm x1 (brakes posts)
- TAP-10: 10mm x 1 (rear derailleur hangers)
