The Racktime Talis Plus pannier top bag system quickly and securely fastens to any Racktime rear pannier carrier rack.
The Racktime Talis Plus comes equipped with the pre-mounted Snapit adapter which allows the bag to be installed in just one click. Each side of the bag features an expandable drop down pocket to help carry any extra things. Inside the bag is a convenient zippered pocket to store more sensitive items and two mesh pockets. The Talis Plus also comes with a detachable shoulder strap so you can easily carry the bag off the bike.
