What is the CleanBC Go Electric Program and How to Apply

What is The Go Electric Rebates Program? It provides rebates on cargo e-bikes, zero-emission motorcycles, utility trucks, buses & more! The Program is designed to support B.C. businesses with the adoption cargo type electric bikes. The Program enables the purchaser or lessee of an eligible specialty use vehicle to receive a post-purchase rebate up to $1,700.

Who is eligible?
To qualify for the rebate, applicants must be a B.C. businesses with valid business licenses, or not-for-profit organizations or public entities.

How many rebates can each business apply for?
Each business may receive a maximum of 10 rebates from CleanBC Go Electric Rebates. Requests for more than 10 rebates for organizations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How quickly do I need to apply once I’ve purchased the E-Bike?
You must apply within 90 days of purchasing the vehicle in order to be eligible for the rebate.
