Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized and returned in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the freight charges will be borne by the purchaser.

Please follow the below return procedure:

Within twenty days after receipt of the product, Purchaser must contact OHM Cycles and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
After Purchaser receives an RMA number from OHM Cycles, Purchaser must return the product to OHM Cycles in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging no later than ten days after the RMA is issued.

Upon receipt of the returned product, OHM Cycles shall inspect the returned product to confirm that it is unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the freight charges will be borne by the purchaser.

If Purchaser returns product that is used, damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this section, OHM Cycles shall not issue any credit to Purchaser and Purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the product to Purchaser.
